What an amazing experience! PCSing is a difficult process but Immobilien Hauf made it a breeze! The unit was beautiful, and had everything we needed. The car was so very convenient to take care of all of our running around we had to do. Manuel took care of everything and really bent over backwards to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend!!!!

Der Kontakt mit besagtem Immobilienbüro war von Anfang an fragwürdig. Auf Fragen meinerseits wurde zunächst nicht eingegangen, daraufhin habe ich mich trotzdem einige Zeit später wieder gemeldet und einen Termin zur Besichtigung einer 3ZKB vereinbart. Nachdem wir 20 Minuten vor der Immobilie standen und sich nichts tat, haben wir versucht, jemanden zu erreichen. Leider ging das weder unter der Handynummer, die im Mailverkehr zu finden war, noch unter der offiziellen Telefonnummer des Maklerbüros. Im Internet sind wir dann auf eine Handynummer gestoßen, unter der wir endlich jemanden erreicht haben. Der Mann sagte uns dann erst einmal, dass die Kollegin krank ist und den Termin anscheinend nicht im Kalender eingetragen hat. Im weiteren Gesprächsverlauf hat sich dann jedoch außerdem herausgestellt, dass die 3ZKB, für die wir den Termin ausgemacht hatten, bereits anderweitig vergeben ist und nur noch eine 2ZKB frei ist, für die wir uns allerdings von Anfang an nicht interessiert haben. Mein Fazit: absolutes Chaos bei Immobilien Hauf und ein ärgerlicher Freitagnachmittag mit insgesamt 60min Fahrt für einen Termin mit einer nicht erschienenen Ansprechpartnerin und eine Wohnung, die bereits vergeben ist.

I highly recommend Immobilien Hauf! The apartments are modern and nice, and the included car is extremely helpful when you are moving and don’t have your own transportation yet. Everyone has been very kind, and Miguel went out of his way to help me when I needed to extend my stay longer. Nothing but good things to say, and way better than staying on base!

We are currently staying at one of the Immobilien Hauf properties while out-processing, and I have to say this is the best TLA experience we have ever had! To put it simply the team at Immobilien Hauf excels in customer service, quality of accommodations, and value. We were fortunate to have Miguel as our agent, and he has gone above and beyond to make sure that we have everything we could ever need. From supplying a rental car to breaking the process down from start to finish, the level of customer service we’ve received is 5 Star!!! The quality of the TLA we are in is amazing! Modern, sleek, and well thought out. My wife and I love to travel, and We tend to stay in the best hotels in whatever area we visit. I assure you will be beyond pleased with their accommodations. Plus, they have locations all around the Ramstein/Kaiserslautern area, which makes commuting to and from work a breeze. Let’s not forget about the loaner car that you will have access to while staying at one of their locations. Talk about simplifying the PCS process! Lastly, value. I know that many people, especially military personnel are concerned with prices because of the many loving piece that we have to deal with. I’m here to tell you that you don’t need to worry about any of that. I was sat down and had everything broken down by the day-by-day cost and how it would translate to my reimbursable amount. Now, let me say this…many people have this misconception that you need to stay on base unless you have a letter of non-availability. That’s simply not true. You can stay anywhere you’d like, but you will only be reimbursed the amount of government lodging at your location. I say that to say, don’t let a non-availability letter stop you. The team at Immobilien Hauf will absolutely work to make sure you’re taken care of! I hope this review has helped you understand how amazing this has been!
