For Air Force Personnel: Ramstein Air Base

  • Location: Bldg 2106, Rm 201.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. (By appointment only).

For Army Personnel: Kleber Kaserne

  • Location: Bldg 3213, Rm 207.

  • Note: Ramstein’s Testing Station not for Army personnel.

What to Bring when collecting your USAREUR license

  • JKO certifcate of completion.
  • Military ID and valid stateside driver’s license.
  • Orders/Command Sponsorship or Letter of Logistics Support.
  • Payment: Debit/credit card or check/money order ($30 fee).

Additional Requirements for Motorcyclists

  • Military: State license with motorcycle endorsement, MSF card.
  • Civilians: State license with motorcycle endorsement.
